Pastor Jack Hakimian of the Impact Miami Church had a threat of revocation of their facility lease dropped. Miami-Dade County School Superintendent Alberto M. Carvalho had threatened to ban the church from using school property for services. A sermon the Pastor had given focused on the gay communiy’s intolerance of those that disagree with their position. The Christian legal group, Liberty Counsel, submitted a letter on Hakimian’s behalf.
